I want to say about gear I am still with my level like 62 gear and am still doing fine.
so all of you who have low level gear stick with it but still save for the next transition level gear(being levels like 20,25,30,35,40,48,58,66,70,and so on).

The thing is after you get to level 60 gear becomes separated I am not sure why but at level 66 you can get a robe but at level 64 you can get boots. If you expect to buy everything at once you will be disappointed. But the thing suddenly you can by things every 2 levels instead of every five. Also according to things I have heard after you get to Avalon critical rating starts getting more and more useless because of massive critical block ratings. If you want to figure out your actual critical chance go to this website- http://www.duelist101.com/news/site-news/wizard101-critical-calculator/ My focus in particular has been resistance and health and as an ice wizard this is very easy because its our job to distract and taunt while wizards attack (hence the reason we have taunt spells) but others fire storm myth might try for power so less blading is needed death and life and balance really just are an even mix of these two different ratios with abilities thrown in that can make them lean either way.
As a level 66 ice wizard I wear A Cold Chieftain's Mask, Shaman's Winter protection, steppers of ice and fire, cursed staff, diamond dust dagger and unanthi's nighttime circlet which focuses on critical critical protection and power pip chance.

For those of you over level 60 the waterworks is a good place to get school gear.
YOu might have to do it anywhere from 1-20+ times I've heard of people getting all their gear in one time then others not getting any of it in twenty times. But you can get this quest in triton avenue at the four falls mill up in the middle of the map.
